Delete your Fit Mentor account

Fit Mentor is a fitness coaching app for trainers and their clients. You can permanently delete your account in the app. If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, you can email us instead. This page explains both options. It does not delete your account right away.

Delete in the Fit Mentor app

Sign in to Fit Mentor and open your profile.
Open Settings or Manage account.
Select Delete account, review the notice, and confirm.
Complete the identity check when the app asks.
Keep the app open until you see the deletion confirmation.

Can’t use the app?

Email support@fitmentor.me from the email address you used for your Fit Mentor account. Use the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Before we delete anything, we check that the account is yours. In your first email, do not send your password, card details, health information, or a copy of your ID.

Open your email app

The button opens your email app and starts a message to support@fitmentor.me. It does not delete your account. If you cannot use the email address linked to your account, say so in your message. We will ask only for what we need to confirm that the account is yours. We will never ask for your Fit Mentor password.

What we delete

We delete your account and the information connected to it, including:

Your profile, contact details, preferences, and details used to send app notifications
Connections between coaches and clients, workouts, activity, nutrition, and measurements
Progress photos, chats, files you uploaded, and other things you added in the app

After we confirm that the account is yours and accept your request, we delete this information or remove details that identify you within 30 days.

We may keep only a small amount of information when required for legal or security reasons, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

What happens next

We reply to email requests as soon as we can. After we confirm that the account is yours and accept your request, we complete deletion within 30 days. We may pause the 30 days while we wait for information needed to find and protect your account. This page does not delete your account right away.

If you have a subscription: Deleting your Fit Mentor account does not cancel a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You will also need to cancel it in the same store so it does not renew.
